Soccerhead's SPIN Number
What is a SPIN Number and why do you need it?
To help simplify the college recruiting process, Soccerhead has created
the Soccerhead Profile Index Number (S.P.I.N). The SPIN is a unique
index that assigns a numerical value to a players’ current playing level.
The lower the SPIN number, the "better" the player.
The SPIN number helps to assess your current playing level; while also
identifying which college soccer programs recruit players of your ability.
When determining which college programs are right for the student-athlete
the first step should begin with a realistic student-athlete assessment.
Each player must ask themselves the following questions:
"What level am I currently playing at?"
"What level of player does the college I am interested in recruit?"
How does a SPIN Number help you receive a college
scholarship?
By finding out YOUR personal SPIN number you will be able to narrow
your college search and focus in on the schools that recruit players
at a similar playing level to yourself.
