- Former Head Coach of Frederick HS Boys where named All Mid-Maryland and tri-state coach of the year
- Currently Assistant at Thomas Johnson HS Girls (1997 State Champs and 1997 & 99 Nationally Ranked
- Founder and Director of Frederick United SC
- In past 6 years have taken 4 teams to WAGS Premier or Division 1 levels and 2 State Semi-finalist appearances
- Have seen 40+ of my players move on to college soccer since 1994 including 10 Division 1 scholarship players (and many Div. 2 scholarship players)
